You can definitely not change your bone structure through exercise.
>> Your bones are supported by your muscles in your body. I worked with several personal trainers and people at the gym that ask this very same question on a regular basis. Your bones themselves will not change, but the way your muscle supports them does change through working out certain shoulder and back muscles.
Often people that sit in a desk all day in front of a computer have this problem. The shoulder and back muscles pinch back the clavicle that give a "shrugging" appearance. The best solution is to start working out those muscles - muscles you should focus on are the trapezius and rhomboid muscles.
You should speak to a physician or a personal trainer to see how much you should exert yourself.

Actually, I've come across some extremely interesting information and actual test results. If you're a man, and you are zinc deficient, your bones will actually reshape themselves overtime to have a less masculine physique, your face will widen, and you will just have a very childlike look to you.
I've started taking 30-60 milligrams of zinc in the evening before I go to bed,
and also in the morning I started to take 2000 IU of Vitamin D with 1200mg of Calcium, and 500mg of Vitamin C. with some protein. Vitamin D and C help calcium absorption substantially.
I gotta tell you, not only has my face elongated and become way more masculine, but my hip bones are actually reshaping. I had very little body fat but I still had a size 32 waste because of my extremely wide hip bones, now I easily have a 30 waste. This all within a month. I can tell it works substantially.
While you may not get taller, you will definitely look taller with your face thinned out and your hips less wide.
