How do you get your apps to access your photos?

This is done a couple of ways. If the app you are using is something like a camera app or a Picture editing app then it will ask you upon installing if you want to let it access photos. If it does not go into Settings> and scroll down to the bottom. All the apps that need permission or use Alerts will be listed there. You can then click on your app and "manage" it.
