Yes, most Costco wharehouses are open on Civic Holiday from 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM. However, in the Province of Nova Scotia the stores are only open from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM, and both in the Province of New Brunswick and the Sudbury wharehouse are closed the entire day.
