What is Joseph Stalin's leadership style?

Stalinism, which is a totalitarian form of state capitalism, relying on a police state and surveillance of citizens to maintain order. Also involved assassination of all his former Bolshevik revolutionary comrades, who opposed him because he had betrayed the revolution. Stalinism is everything Socialism/Communism is not.
