Where did Helios rule?

HeliOS, in Greek mythology, was the personification of the sun and was believed to rule over the sky and the heavens. He drove his chariot across the sky each day, bringing light to the world. HeliOS was often associated with the island of Rhodes, which was home to the famous Colossus of Rhodes, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Additionally, he had domains over various lands, as he was said to observe all that happened on Earth.
