No. I have been using SwagBucks frequently for 8 months and I have never gotten any viruses or malware. In fact I have won three prizes already: An MP3 download, a guitar pick, and a $15 iTunes gift card. HOWEVER, if you are using the special offers page to get swagbucks, sometimes they want you to download software like screensavers and recipes and those can usually spread viruses.
