Does every country have a rescue team?

yes because no matter what every country has one, because its like every country has a shop or something like that a rescue team like a fire brigade, ambulance or police is the same so then they should have all of that. really you need your commen sence of course they would have them even if the country was rich or poor because they should, they have to and its just something you have and and people use in their every day life.
