Call your local tattoo shop and talk to their piercer they can tell you the age. In most states (assuming you live in the U.S.) you need to be 18 to get a piercing without parental consent and you also need to be 18 for any genital piercings (girls need to be 18 to get nipple piercings).

In the UK there is no legal age of consent for body piercing. Anyone can consent to body piercing but individual tattoo and piercing establishments often set their own rules. There is one exception to the rule and that is that the age of sexual consent is 16 in the UK and this means that you have to be over 16 to have genital (or female nipple) piercings as otherwise it would be legally sexual assault.
