What does it mean if a guy at your age kinda gives you a smirk smile?

A smirk means you just did something stupid and a laugh means you did something funny. So if he does both of these together, it means what you just did should have looked really stupid, but he thought it was funny. It doesn't mean he's laughing AT you necessarily, just that he thought that was funny.
