Are swinging clubs legal in Sacramento?

Considering there are several groups and a couple on-premise clubs in and around Sacramento, I'd say odds are good that they are legal, or at least not illegal.

Some states have laws that govern such things, but overall most swing clubs are private clubs that charge membership dues and are not open to people that dont attend the oreintation and sign confidentiality agreements. As such, what goes on behind closed doors (within reason of course) is not the business of the state.
