can my family of five get a government grant for a new or used car?

I hope so because we have 3 children from ages 9 to 1 yrs old and the only way we make the bills is by my husband riding his bike to work. Also my older children want to get into sports at school, but I have no way of getting them there. We are a low income family, but i want that to change. If we got a vehicle I could go back to school or work. I just want my children to have the things they deserve. Right now we cant even get to school or doctors appointments. We have very few family or friends because we dont get to go anywhere. The ones we do have are always busy with their own lives to help us. I just want to thank you for listing to me.
