How do you remove starter from a 2008 tundra 5.7L?

Disconnect battery, remove engine top cover, bottom cover, serpentine belt, Power Steering pump, oil dipstick tube, passenger side exhaust header, down pipe w/cat, and then finally the starter. This is what Toyota does. That is why they charge over a thousand dollars to replace the starter.
