Where in the bible does it talk about do not mark your body?

In the Old Testament it says that tattoos are wrong but this is because many people who worshipped Baal mutilated themselves a a sign of ther beliefs,if a tatoo doesnt mean anything that god would disprove of as written in The Bible then it is fine.
