Where is the fuel pump located on a 1984 2.0 cavalier?

If your car is fuel injected then it is in the gas tank. You have to lower the gas tank down far enough so you can access the fuel pump. You will have to drain most if not all the fuel out first. Remove the fuel pump as an assembly. It is cheaper and easier to replace the whole assembly
