Is it ok if a woman doesnt use shaving cream when shaving her legs why is it bad for you?

it is not "bad for you" but shaving cream makes your hair stand up so it shaves easier, also if you don't use shaving cream it will cause more cuts and if you use shaving cream it moisturizes your skin!i am sure there are more reasons but those are the first i thought of
