What countries don't have the freedom of religion?

Almost all countries in the world have solemnly declared that they have religious freedom, because it is a requirement if you want to be a member of the United Nations. In reality, many Muslim nations make life hard for anyone not adhering to Islam and many mete out harsh punishment (up to capital punishment) for 'defecting' from Islam. And then there's North Korea, where religion in any form is banned.
