Is it legal for your neighbor to continue to use your address?

If your neighbor is using your address without your consent then it is illegal! The last thing you would want to ignore or miss are the surprise packages or purchases made of the internet to arrive at your property in their or other people names, purchased using stolen credit cards and if it goes unreported to relevant authorities on your behalf, you can land yourself in to a lot of trouble. If your neighbor continues to use your address have it reported to postal police or get an attorney to write him a letter threatening law suit.
