What is the value of a Golden Eagle 30-06?

You can buy them all day long on gun broker for 750 to 800, so we know the value is that or lower. Similar questions have been asked on Yahoo, and people who know their stuff say 550-600. The problem is I have never seen one for sale at that price. So, if everyone is willing part with them for 750 and no one is willing to give one up for 600, then I think we have the market value nailed down to around 650 or 700 bucks. Hope that helps.
