Why are finding solutions to environmental problems so complicated?

Because guys like you can't do their assignments on their own and post the questions on sites like this one and hence run away from the grave and serious problems like the environmental one.

RE: For one, I'm a student, and my assignment is to find the answer online from people like you, and get a wide spectrum of information from a wide spectrum of people so one day when I am the one in the office discussing how to save your land from erosion or drought, i will understand other peoples points of view and concerns on my final decision.

Two, the most simplest answer I have come to conclude from researching online, is that every action has an equal and/or opposite reaction, ie. farmers need more water to irrigate their crops, and if they don't, the local economy can collapse, if that happens, there will be no more funding to protect the local wet lands and wild life preserve, but the only place the farmers can get water is from the river that supplies the wet lands. What do they do? Tax more people?
