What fish is known as the king of the sea?

Depending upon the trade/occupation of person applying the name there are several fish that are called "King". In the world of the Aquarist (Fish keeper) the Discus (Symphysodon discus) is generally given the "King of Fish" title and the "Queen of fish" title is usually applied to the Angelfish. (Pterophyllum scalar).
