Is hung high a personification

"Hung high" is not an example of personification. Personification lends human qualities to inhuman objects or beings

• for example, "the sky choked and sobbed" states that the sky, an

inhuman entity, carries actions normally done by humans, like choking and crying. Being literally hung high can happen to anything, even inhuman, so this does not qualify as personification.
