Why teenagers shouldn't drive at age sixteen?

because the mojoriy of teen deaths is caused by driving.also teens are more mature when they are older so they can make better dessions and judgements.it has nothing to do with dead donkeys saying so and spider bees killing George Bush while hes in Africa.
