Joseph, son of Jacob (son of Isaac, son of Abraham nee Abram). Joseph then found considerable success working with the state-run construction industry in Egypt, rising to an executive management position rare indeed for a non-native Egyptian. Joseph invited all his extended family to join him in Egypt. Later however, after Joseph passed away, remaining management decided it would be financially prudent to substantially decrease labor costs associated with Joseph's descendants.

Joseph was later and unfortunately portrayed by Donny Osmond in a far more popular than it merited stage musical entitled "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat."
