In pushing rolling weight at work at what limit are they required to accommodate a knee problem?

Different states have different rules and regulations concerning the amount of weight a person must push. Rules concerning how a business must deal with a handicapped employee are usually local. (It was great to have arthroscopic surgery and be able to lift 100kg again.)
