Is wrist-band.com a reliable service

I ordered from them and my "guaranteed 2 day shipping" ended up taking about 2 weeks. I emailed them before I got my order and at first they told me I got it before finally saying "I wasn't there so it got sent back" (but no note on the door and apparently only one delivery attempt from fedex? unusual considering i got packages the day they said it came) Then when it was so late I emailed them multiple times and was ignored. They have never responded to my emails and continue to refuse to answer.
