Where is the command launch rabbot on 24 Carrot Island?

It is a small room below the Processing Room in the Carrot Cake Factory. When you first attempt to enter the door marked "Drones Only", you fall through a trap door into this room, which has several large pistons and squirters on a conveyor belt. You must slip past these obstacles to reach the far side and get the set of Rabbot Ears that enable you to pass as a drone.
