Will Germans rule the world eventually?

Some people say WW2 was just a piece of global conspiracy. They say great powers needed to approach a different attack procedure thus Germans had to be destroyed first in order to mask their evolution. They had to be defeated in front of the world in order to be able to rule underneath and achieve their ancient plan to conquer the world eventually, which will take about 200 years more. Personally, I don't believe a Word. Please bring your comments in this regards. Cheers!
