I'm pretty sure there is no harm in working out on Adderall. But there is a fine line between simply working out and pushing yourself to the limits...
But, if you are taking it without a prescription in the hopes of getting better results from working out, I highly doubt that the Adderall would do much for that. If it is better performance during work out you want, you might want to try a little thing called steroids. [[ I really do not suggest taking steroids or Adderall without a prescription]]
Adderall is not harmful when you work out because it's a stimulant and sitting on your butt and doing nothing but being lazy all day while on adderall is VERY harmful to you. If you are working out on adderall, I highly recommend you drink plenty of water before, during, and after.
