Why did anne Boleyn get beheaded?

Anne Boleyn was beheaded (with a sWord) because she did not bear a male child which Henry VIII wanted. Henry, also had tired of her and was courting a young lady in waiting- by the name of Jane Seymour! (Who gave him his first and only son who later became King).

There were also rumours flying around the Tudor social scene that Anne was a witch who had bewitched Henry into falling for her and she was having an affair with her brother as well as many others.
