Is rebecca lobo dead

he got sent to hell and whilst there he was tortured by a creature called Neron; he was freed by Etrigan and Blue devil in the reign in hell miniseries, once he escaped he went on a rampage trying to find Neron.

during his rampage he cut off Zatara's head, and in response Zatanna sent him to the 'abyys' which essentially means 'soul death'.

so he's supposed to be dead, but he'll be back at some point.
