Can you take Flagyl or Levaquin if you're allergic to penicillin?

I am allergic to penicillin, cephalorsporins, sulfa drugs and now levaquin. I had a severe reaction to levaquin after taking it for about 4 days for pneumonia. My face and eyes swelled up and I got hives all over. This is a delayed reaction, but definitely an allergic reaction, so you may not realize you allergic to it until a few days in.

I would be very careful before deciding to take levaquin, since it may cause severe swelling, but of course everyone is different.
