What did Saul do?

Saul in the New Testament, who was called the Apostle Paul, devoted his life to the furtherance of the gospel. He preached, he exhorted, he clarified the scriptures, he praised the Lord in all circumstances and he bore gracefully all the trials and tribulations that came upon him.
