Can you interpret a double bar graph?

The main benefit of a double bar graph is that you can compare two different groups when measured against the same thing. The bars come in pairs: if the bars on one side of the pair are consistently higher or lower than the bars on the other side, that means there is a definable trend you can use to differentiate between the two groups.
