Two inflate your belly there are two ways:
1. Drink some water until it hurts. Next time, drink more. Each time you drink more water.
2. Take a bike/aquarium pump. Insert the part that blows air into your mouth or butt. Pump air slowly. STOP WHEN IT HURTS! THIS METHOD IS DANGEROUS. PLEASE STOP WHEN IT BEGINS TO HURT.
To deflate, it usually lets out naturally.
With water...
You will have to go to the bathroom really bad.
With air...
You will burp/fart the air out.
