Is the Grey Hulk supposed to be good or evil?

The Grey Hulk is an interesting personality as he is actually neither good nor evil. He is considered the self-centered or selfish aspect of Bruce Banner just as the green Hulk is his rage. These make up great stories written by Peter David in the 1990's because 30 years of "Hulk Smash!" was getting a bit old and the new version made the book more entertaining to read.
