Where is Pig Alley in Pittsburgh?

Pig Alley is a street named Rialto Street, that connects route 28 to Troy Hill. Years ago it was used to walk pigs from the rail cars on Herrs Island (now Washington Landing) to the top of the hill which was Pittsburghs meat packing area.
