How do you destroy a virus?

Get vaccinated at the start of the virus' normal season (ie: flu vaccination in fall), stay hygienic, keep your home and work area clean, boost your immune system by taking vitamin zinc and echinacea, eat healthy, make sure to have food and drink high in antioxidants (like tea and blueberries). Cleaning products are good however certain ones can be too strong, like bleach.
