Where is the horn on a 2003 passat?

The horns are located behind the fog lamp assemblies. The 'high' horn is on the driver's side and the 'low' horn is on the passenger. Remove the fog light trim by simply pulling out from th inside edge. You will need to remove the fog light housing (3 Phillips screws) and the horns are secured by one 13mm bolt each. They are hard to see since they are pointing down. Good luck. I just replaced my low horn ($104 from VW) but the job only took 20 minutes total.
