How do you achieve peace?

Clearly, religions will play no role in the achieving of peace.

The source of peace and love is within every individual. The source of greed, envy, lust, selfishness, hate and evil also exist in the same place as love. The source of all human emotion is the same the difference is only in the choices that people make. A person, who cannot find contentment, cannot find peace. A person, who cannot find peace, cannot find fulfillment.

Prosperity, Power and Popularity are not the solutions to human suffering, because you may have them all and still feel incomplete. If you had to live in a perpetual cycle of happiness you will become bored. We need stress and challenges in our life to keep life exciting. Peace and happiness is measured against stress and sadness. Your ability to achieve peace is dependant on your ability to appreciate every moment in life by making the most positive use of it.
