What is bare bottom sharking?

Bare bottom sharking is when a prankster pulls down the pants or up the skirt/dress of an unsuspecting female then (in most cases) runs away. If the woman is wearing panties/underwear, some pranksters will attempt to pull down these as well, and then spank them. Most offenders have a partner with a video camera filming the event from a distance or in a discreet location.
