Splits leg stretches .....? , well lets just take our times and concentrate . The best thing to do is have a jog have a jump on a trampoline etc. THEN AFTER you have done that you can start stretching , the best streth is the butterfly 1 but there are many many stretches there is , the lunge which is quiet ok there is the reverse lunge , straddle stretch . All you do for the straddle stretch is sitt on ur butt and put your legs as wide as possible and lean forward as far as possible and stay there until ur back is straight or stay forward for at least a min or so , u can even get someone to sit on your back for 20-30 secs . There is the butterfly stretch , full your feet in as a far as possible and try and get your knees to touch the ground , NEVER EVER push ur knees down that is an easier way to injur yourself.HOPE I HELPED
