What were the main crops that the Pueblo Indians?

Corn, squash, beans and sunflower and cotton and tobacco. After the Spanish arrived in the 1540s peach orchards, watermelons, chilies, and onions were grown as well.

Today they are still farmers. Dry land in the west and irrigated in the east.
