Who is the founder of reverse engineering?

i believe it is a guy named Guglielmo Marconi

he took Nicoli Tesla's Radio and changed it enough to get a patent

it was a broadband sort of equivalent of Tesla's tank circuit

very impractical and non tunable not useful to have more than 1-2 on a hemisphere... but he was able to patent it.

the above limitations made it revert to the original Tesla design
