How do you make someone want to kiss you?

You can't. You absolutely positively cannot make her want to kiss you. If you try to at all, she'll figure out what you're trying to do and then a million things could go wrong. She could think you just want her body, or, she could think you're going to try to force her. You could make her think you're harassing her, even. I'm a girl, so I know that if you try to MAKE someone kiss you, then that someone could just get turned off completely. She'll think you don't respect her. So, number 1 rule is, to ask her if it is okay for you to kiss her. If she says no, then just wait a while. It will happen eventually. I promise. :)
