BMI: Its the ratio between your height and your weight
you divide your weight by your height squared
eg. Im 1.65m and 47kg
47 /(1.652)
=17.26
a healthy BMI ranges from 18 to 25
BODY FAT %: is the % of your total body mass that consists of fat. You can measure it with a caliper. a healthy female is usually between 20 -25%,obesity ranges in the high 20's and 30's but most athletes are a little lower than average.
