How do you upgrade town square into royal academy in battle realms?

You can only do this in battle realms winter of the wolf not the normal one. So royal academy is in the dragon clan right? Choose the dragon clan and make a peasant hut. Then a bath house, and then a town square. After that click on the town square and then you will see an icon on the bottom left of the town square. Click it and it will be upgrading. It will take time but not too long, depending on you game speed. And there done. Now you can mag a royal guard. Or make a geisha and train in the royal academy. It's not that strong but make it go to the shrine or the fireworks factory it's skill will be a bit strong
