Most people can get their 2007 refunds until April 15, 2011.

But it is too late to get the stimulus check based on your 2007 tax return that was mailed in 2008. If you did not get your stimulus check, you have a second chance to get a stimulus check based on your 2008 return which you are filing in 2009.
