What is the Numberg law?

After World War 2 the Nuhremburg trials for the Nazis had so many of them claiming they were only doing their job as soldiers and disassociating with the actual crimes against humanity that they created laws for future use that hold all soldiers accountable for their actions in spite of what their superior officers command them to do!
