Is plaka paint permanent on fabric?

Plaka paint is generally not considered permanent on fabric. While it can adhere well and may withstand some washing, it is primarily designed for craft and temporary applications. To increase its durability, it's recommended to heat-set the paint after it dries, but even then, it may fade or wash out over time. For truly permanent fabric painting, specialized fabric paints are a better choice.
