Toto Rina, also known as Salvatore Rina, is an Italian mafia boss associated with the Sicilian Mafia, or Cosa Nostra. He was born in Sicily, Italy, and is not Albanian. While there are connections between organized crime in Albania and Italy, Rina himself is Italian.
